Summer Camps are designed to give riders an opportunity to spend consecutive days working with horses both in and out of the saddle. Based on the same ideals as the Alborak Riding School lesson programs, safety and fun are the main focus. We also include Pony Club related curriculum as we are now a certified Pony Club Riding Center.
Our programs will accomidate various levels of riders from beginner to novice. We beleive that working together to help one and other creates for a stronger equine community and teaches valuable lessons to future generations.
Basic introduction to horsemanship and English riding will be taught, reviewed and delivered by one of our Certified Instructors.
Fun games and crafts to be included in the daily activities.
Riders should bring snacks, drinks, and lunch with them. *PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY NUT PRODUCTS TO CAMP*
Riders must bring sturdy boots with a 1/2 inch heel, preferably with a smooth sole, and a certified ASTM/SEI riding helmet.
There will be one riding session per day.
